Kathryn has over 20 years in global investment banking, with expertise in transaction reporting controls across regulations like MiFID II, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, HKMA, MAS, and ASIC, primarily in equities and equity derivatives. At BMO, she has led operations and business analyst teams for reporting in London and Montreal since 2022, following roles as Regulatory Operations Lead Europe (2019-2022). Previously at Deutsche Bank (2013-2019), she designed regulatory control frameworks and managed global remediation efforts.
